The practice instills resilience. Breathwork and mindful movements will inspire a sense of calm, tranquility and diffuse stress in your mind and body.

The class includes seated chair warm-up, leg, and core strengthening, plus seated and standing stretches. And, we have FUN!

Please wear comfortable clothes and have an armless chair.
